Richard has been arranging, orchestrating, directing and producing music for choirs, orchestras and worship teams for more than 30 years. He has extensive studio experience and has produced countless projects for companies such as Word, Warner, Integrity, Brentwood-Benson, Hal Leonard, Praisegathering, Alfred and Lifeway. Over the years he has worked with artists such as Travis Cottrell, Sandi Patty, Michael Bolton, Micheal W. Smith, The Nashville String Machine, Eric Darken, Bruce Wethey, Dave Cleveland, and Jodi Benson. Richard's passion for music is contagious and is evident as he leads in any capacity.
